Supporting you through loss, change, and new beginnings as life unfolds.
Rooted in a client-centred approach that recognizes you as the expert of your own lived experience, therapy offers a space for reflection, awareness, and meaningful change.
Learn to relate differently to pain.
Psychotherapy and counselling grounded in a mindful, contemplative approach inspired by secular Buddhist psychology.
Through thoughtful conversation, present-moment awareness, and compassionate reflection, therapy becomes a space to gently explore patterns, emotions, and lived experience with curiosity rather than judgment. This approach supports greater clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to what matters most — your values, relationships, and sense of meaning.
Grief Recovery Method®
The Grief Recovery Method® is an established, evidence-informed program designed to help individuals move through the emotional pain of loss in a structured and supportive way.
Grief can arise not only from death, but also from life changes, relationships, unmet expectations, and other significant experiences. This program offers a clear and compassionate process to gently explore and address unresolved grief, helping you understand and release the emotional weight carried from past experiences.
Through guided steps and reflective work, the Grief Recovery Method® supports greater emotional clarity, acceptance, and the capacity to move forward with a renewed sense of steadiness and meaning.
Therapy at your pace
Counselling is available in the format that feels most comfortable for you — in-person, by secure video, over the phone, or a combination of these options. The intention is to create a flexible and accessible space that supports ease, privacy, and continuity of care in a way that fits your life.

Rooted in mindfulness and contemplative practice, these sessions are open to anyone seeking stillness, grounding, connection, and supportive techniques that may help foster greater equanimity, insight, and resilience.

Areas of Support
Life can bring experiences of pain, uncertainty, and change that feel difficult to hold alone. Therapy offers space for:
-
healing from trauma, abuse, grief, and loss
-
working with anxiety, depression, fear, anger, guilt, and stress
-
exploring self-worth and inner criticism
-
navigating fertility, parenting, and identity shifts
-
relationship challenges, sexuality, and life transitions

Fertility Support & Counselling
Fertility counselling is available for individuals and families navigating fertility treatment and working with a clinic, including those who require donor assistance. This space offers gentle support through the emotional, relational, and identity-related aspects that can arise along the fertility journey. Together, we create room to process uncertainty, grief, hope, and the many complexities that can accompany this deeply personal experience.
